Work with fellow team members to achieve the objectives of CMP.2. Contributes to team effort for producing quality products by following and enforcing established SOPs, Work instructions, and policies in keeping with ISO standards.3. Continuously improve individual skills and training to enhance the performance of the team.4. Responsible for training and skills development of team members.5. Participate In planning and scheduling.6. Complete quality inspections of products by utilizing inspection equipment, inspection techniques, and specifications.7. Complete material handling responsibilities.8. Responsible for Identifying, maintaining and verifying inventory records of all CMP locations for raw materials, components and finished goods.9. Complete set up functions for the molding and assembly operations per the work order packet and work instructions.10. Provide a finished product by completing molding and assembly operations.11. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following cleanroom procedures.12. Assist in process improvements to improve efficiencies, reduce non value-added wastes, and effectively use resources.13. Responsible for completing and verifying all required documents including but not limited to Work orders, forms and Inspection sheets.14.
