Job summary

EOTECH in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Semiconductor Process Technician to support CMOS processing, packaging and testing. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing and is full-time.

Responsibilities include operating deposition systems, etch and lithography equipment, die handling, wire bonding, and MES-based WIP tracking. Must maintain cleanroom standards and collaborate with engineering on tool calibration and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related technology.
• 3 years of semiconductor processing experience is required.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and handle hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-time production technician for semiconductor processing, packaging, and testing of CMOS devices.
• Operate deposition systems (CVD, E-beam, sputtering) and etch and lithography equipment with inspection.
• Handle CMOS dies, wire bonding, and device packaging following procedures.
• Track work in MES and support engineering tasks, calibration and maintenance of tools.
• Assist cross-training and improve production work instructions, procedures.
