Job summary

Wood is seeking a CMMS Specialist to optimize and continuously improve its SAP-based CMMS in Lake Charles, LA. You will focus on data quality, asset hierarchies, PM data, and BOMs to support safe and reliable operations.

You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Information Management teams to ensure standardized data aligned with governance standards and ISO 14224. This onsite role offers meaningful projects and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience optimizing CMMS data quality and maintenance master data.
• Familiarity with asset hierarchy, PM data, and BOMs.
• Knowledge of ISO 14224 data governance principles.

The Role

As the CMMS Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting optimization and continuous improvement of the company’s SAP-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role will focus on improving maintenance master data quality, asset hierarchy structures, preventive maintenance data, and equipment bills of material to support safe, reliable, and efficient long-term operations.

The CMMS Specialist will work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Information Management teams to ensure maintenance data is standardized, accurate, and aligned with data governance standards and ISO 14224 principles.
