Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a CMMS Engineer to lead the EAM platform deployment in a AWS data center region.

You will own the end-to-end CMMS/EAM process, coordinate asset collection, maintenance schedules, and regional reporting while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to meet both regional and global business needs. The role requires deploying innovative solutions, developing system enhancements, and serving as the data gatekeeper for mission-critical EAM data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMMS experience
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years facilities management experience
• 5+ years CMMS experience
• 2+ years data-driven operations
• Experience in business intelligence and analytics
• 2+ years SQL Server database query and reporting using ETL, data warehouse, and SSAS/SSRS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the CMMS/EAM process from start to finish in the data center region.

We are currently seeking a CMMS Engineer to serve as a system mater expert within Amazon data center region. Ideal candidates will posses the ability to design, develop and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges. This role requires both effective contributions as well as the ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams. The scope of this role will include but not limited to owning the process from start to finish with deploying the EAM platform in your data center region. Working to support local data center teams with asset collection; maintenance schedules, reporting, and training. As part of the global EAM team, you will help drive global processes and document development. This role acts as the gatekeeper for mission critical data in EAM, responsible for the accuracy and reports produced in EAM. You will be required on a frequent basis to help develop systems enhancement modules of core and advanced modules to meet Regional or Global business requirements. There will be 20% travel when launching new locations.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in enginnering or equivalent, or 3+ years of facilities management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
• Experience in business intelligence and analytics
• 2+ years SQL Server database query and reporting experience using ETL, data warehouse, and SSAS/SSRS tools.
• Working knowledge in EAM equipment hierarchy, object coding and naming convention.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
