Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a CMMS/Asset Management Lead to join a data center operation in Austin, TX. The role focuses on owning the EAM/CMMS platform, asset hierarchies, and maintenance programs across electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

You will work with Critical Facilities, Engineering and Operations teams to develop preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, improve work order workflows, and report on KPIs.

I'm currently recruiting for a CMMS / Asset Management Lead to join a data center operation in Austin, TX.

I'm looking for someone with strong EAM/CMMS and asset management experience who also has a good understanding of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure found within data centers, critical facilities or other mission critical environments.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking ownership of the EAM/CMMS platform
• Building and maintaining asset hierarchies, equipment records and maintenance schedules
• Developing preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs
• Creating and improving work order processes and maintenance workflows
• Supporting asset lifecycle management across electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Managing critical spares, inventory and equipment documentation
• Developing maintenance KPIs and performance reporting
• Supporting integration between CMMS and facility monitoring/control systems
• Working closely with Critical Facilities, Engineering and Operations teams

Systems & equipment you'll be working with:

• Maximo, SAP, Infor or similar EAM/CMMS platforms
• BMS and EPMS
• UPS and critical power systems
• Medium and low voltage electrical distribution
• Chillers and cooling systems
• HVAC and mechanical plant
• Pumps and hydronic systems
• Critical facility infrastructure

What I'm looking for:

• 8+ years of experience within EAM, CMMS, asset management, maintenance or reliability
• Strong experience implementing, configuring or managing an EAM/CMMS platform
• Experience with Maximo, SAP, Infor or similar systems
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical/MEP infrastructure
• Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Knowledge of asset hierarchies, work order management and asset lifecycle management
• Experience working with BMS, EPMS or facility monitoring systems
• Background within data centers, critical facilities, industrial or another mission critical environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Engineering, Facilities and Operations teams
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Experience in data centers, colocation, hyperscale, semiconductor, manufacturing, utilities, healthcare or other mission critical facilities will also be considered.

Package:

• $140,000 – $165,000 base salary (Depending on experience)
