Job summary

A technology consulting firm is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Consultant in Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the CMMI v1.3 framework and be skilled in gap assessments to enhance Quality Management Systems. Responsibilities include driving process implementation and conducting assessments, as well as creating training materials for client teams. Strong client-facing skills and communication abilities are essential. This is a 6 months contract-to-hire position.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as a CMMI process consultant.
• Hands-on experience implementing CMMI v1.3 framework.
• Experience with Maturity Level 3 and preferably Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap assessments for client's Quality Management System.
• Enhance customer’s QMS policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Create training materials and impart training on CMMI v1.3.
• Drive process implementation with customer teams.
• Conduct independent implementation assessments.
