Job summary

Logicalis seeks a Compliance & Security Analyst to serve as the lead POC for the Overwatch Continuous Compliance program, guiding about 10 clients through CMMC 2.0 Level 2 towards audit readiness. You will translate federal mandates into actionable roadmaps for executives and IT teams, developing SSPs, POAMs, policies, and conducting tabletop drills to strengthen the security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of CMMC 2.0 Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171.
• Proficient in creating SSPs, SOPs, and policies.
• Experience with GRC platforms and audit readiness processes.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage ~10 concurrent client projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect SSPs and policies detailing control implementations.
• Develop and manage POAM tracking deficiencies and remediation.
• Draft functional security policies reflecting real-world operations.
• Design and facilitate annual IR and DR tabletop drills.
• Lead the Evidence Collection phase for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with C-Suite and client IT teams across engagements.
