The role requires GD&T expertise and experience with Catia/3DX, Zeiss Calypso, and MS Office to communicate results to stakeholders. The candidate will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams, review technical drawings, and maintain programs through design changes and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Advanced proficiency in Zeiss Calypso software for CMM programming.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and their application in programming and manufacturing processes.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and validating CMM programs for complex components and assemblies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Excel).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interface with executive management, customers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso software.
• Interpret and apply GD&T requirements to create accurate and efficient CMM programs for rotorcraft components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review drawings and 3D models for proper programming.
• Utilize Catia and 3DX to interpret 3D models and data for CMM programming.
• Maintain and update CMM programs to reflect design changes and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CMM programming and operation.
• Prepare and deliver documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office.
