Qualifications

• Four or more years of CMM programming experience in a precision environment.
• Proficient in GD&T interpretation per ASME Y14.5.
• Experience with PC-DMIS and Calypso software platforms.
• Ability to import CAD models and create offline programs.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis for quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and prove out CMM programs from models, prints and inspection.
• Establish datum schemes, alignments, and probing strategies reflecting GD&T.
• Design and document fixture and setup instructions for repeatability.
• Validate programs against known artifacts before release to production.
• Submit updated programs for approval and maintain revision control.
• Train CMM Operators and troubleshoot program and measurement issues.
• Optimize cycle times and reduce measurement uncertainty on high-volume runs.
• Analyze measurement data to verify part accuracy and identify non-conformities.
