SUMMARY: The CMM Programmer/Inspector is responsible for programming and operating CMM (PC-DMIS) systems to perform accurate inspections, including conducting inspections using the surface plate, completing AS9102 First Article (FA) forms, and performing both in-process and final inspections to verify dimensions, cosmetic specifications, part counts, and packaging to ensure adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the role involves establishing and documenting quality assurance methods and processes, participating in MRB meetings to support quality improvements and resolve issues, promoting teamwork through behavior, acting in accordance with Altek's policies, and adhering to the goals and expectations defined by management.
