Qualifications

• 1-2 years in quality position or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Ability to read GD&T.
• Ability to use basic inspection tools such as micrometer, calipers, pin gauge, depth gauge.

Responsabilités

• Perform manual and visual inspection of aerospace products per customer requirements.
• Operate a variety of CMM machines.
• Use hand tools for inspections (micrometer, calipers, pin gauge, depth gauge, fixtures).
• Verify supplier certifications meet engineering requirements.
• Accept products and document inspections using Microsoft tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Cascade Engineering Technologies- CMM Operator / Quality Inspector

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour + 5% shift differential, or 11% for weekend swing

Job Type: Full-time Swing, or Graveyard

Job Overview:

This person is detail oriented to certify and inspect aerospace product to customer requirements. Expected to be able to use various inspection tools during these tasks. This will include the use of Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Both manual and visual inspection of aerospace product using customer provided engineering requirements.
• Operation of a variety of CMM machines.
• Use of hand tool for inspections. Such as Micrometer, Calipers, Pin gage, Depth Gage, Inspection Fixtures, etc…
• Verification of Supplier Certification to ensure they meet supplied engineering.
• Acceptance of product.
• Document inspection using Microsoft products.
• Other duties as assigned.
