Hutchinson Autopartes de Mexico SA.DE CV recherche un technicien qualité industriel pour soutenir les activités de mesure et de contrôle dans un environnement manufacturing. Vous contribuerez à l'évaluation des prototypes et à la préparation du PPAP pour les clients.

Le poste exige un diplôme en mécanique et au moins 3 ans d'expérience, avec une aptitude à communiquer avec différentes équipes et fournisseurs. Travail sur site dans un cadre industriel et laboratoire.

Qualifications

• Diplôme associé en technologie d'ingénierie mécanique et deux ans d'expérience dans les concepts de mise en page et d'application.
• Connaissance des tolérances géométriques, SPC et nomenclatures SAE utilisées.
• Capacité à communiquer avec les intervenants qualité, amélioration continue et ingénierie produit.

Responsibilities

• Préparer, mesurer, organiser, enregistrer et rendre compte des projets en cours de mesure.
• Contribuer à l'élaboration du PPAP pour l'approbation client.
• Soutenir l'ingénierie produit dans l'évaluation des prototypes.
• Communiquer avec les fournisseurs sur les caractéristiques dimensionnelles.
• Soutenir l'atelier-outil sur les mesures des moules et cavités modifiés.
• Mesurer et préparer les études de capacité sur les pièces en production.
• Rédiger des rapports sur les nouveaux échantillons reçus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, measure, organize, record and report on projects being measured.
• Assist in preparing PPAP for customer approval.
• Assist Product Engineering in the evaluation of prototype metals and molded parts.
• Must be capable of communicating with suppliers on dimensional characteristics which are showing trends of instability.
• Support tool room on measurements of all molds or cavities, which have been reworked or modified in any manner.
• Support production by measuring and preparing ongoing capability studies on current production parts.
• Measure and prepare written reports on all new samples received from our suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with Quality, Continuous Process Improvement, Product engineering, and other plant and office personnel. Must have good computer skills with a working knowledge of geometric tolerances, SPC, SAE handbook usage, gage control programs, and quality control procedure.Must understand how to prepare, measure, organize, record and report on projects being measured in a manufacturing environment.

EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree in mechanical engineering technology or equivalent; and two years related experience in theory and application of complex layout and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic computer skills

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and process several abstract and concrete variables. Must be able to assess reasonableness of the analysis performed.

Valid Driver’s License and possible Hi-lo License
