Job summary

Intellectt Inc is seeking a CMM Operator for a full-time onsite role in Midland, GA. You will program and operate CMM equipment to inspect aerospace components and ensure dimensional accuracy.

The ideal candidate has experience with GD&T, AS9102, and metrology software such as Calypso, Camio, or PC-DMIS, plus familiarity with Inconel, Waspaloy, and Titanium. This position reports to the Quality team and offers hands-on inspection duties, FAI tasks, and collaboration with manufacturing to resolve

Qualifications

• CMM programming and operation using Calypso/Camio and/or PC-DMIS.
• Read GD&T, engineering drawings, and 3D CAD models.
• Perform FAI per AS9102 and prepare inspection reports.
• Conduct CMM validation, measurement analysis, and correlation studies.
• Experience with aerospace materials such as Inconel, Waspaloy, and Titanium.
