Qualifications

• Completed doctoral coursework in Counselor Education and Supervision with anticipated completion within 1 year of hire.
• Licensed or license-eligible as LPCC in Ohio.
• Post-licensure clinical practice; potential for excellence in teaching, advising, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate counseling courses on Dayton and Columbus campuses (12 credits per term).
• Teach primarily on our Dayton campus with one evening per week in Columbus (mileage provided).
• Serve as Clinical Experience Coordinator (site development, placements, supervisor training, documentation).
• Recruit, advise, and mentor graduate students; co-faculty advisor for Chi Sigma Iota.
• Contribute service to program, department, university, community, and profession; demonstrate inclusive excellence.
