You will lead major client projects, act as a senior client-facing advisor, and drive regulatory strategy and health authority interactions while mentoring the US CMC team to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in scientific consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a management capacity.
• Certification in clinical research or regulatory affairs preferred.
• Certification in health economics, outcomes research, or real-world evidence methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic CMC regulatory leadership across complex client programs.
• Lead major client projects and act as senior client-facing advisor.
• Drive regulatory strategy, health authority interactions and scientific advice activities.
• Support business growth through proposal development and client relationships.
• Mentor and develop team members; oversee US CMC team staffing and delivery.
