• Experience in data analysis and creating tools to support regulatory planning and submissions.
• Ability to design and build data workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, SharePoint, and SQL Server for end-to-end data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to consolidate data for regulatory submissions and oversight of systems supporting global submission visibility.
• Develop databases and reports using data entry forms and Excel workbooks to support submission planning and responses.
• Create queries and reports to generate outputs for Excel and PowerPoint from Microsoft Access.
• Incorporate queries and reports into workflows to support planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop ad-hoc queries and reports to resolve urgent regulatory issues.
• Build Excel models, tools, and templates with advanced formulas and programming including VBA and SQL.
• Develop analytics to identify opportunities and improve reporting, planning, and staffing efficiencies.
• Develop and administer SharePoint sites for routine reports and ad hoc information requests.
• Track metrics for data timeliness, accuracy, and integrity across teams.
• Provide support and SME guidance to build additional databases and reports.
• Build front-end applications to SQL Server databases for data entry and record management.
