The ideal candidate has a background in biotechnology with 6-10+ years of experience, including strong knowledge of GMP manufacturing. The company offers a collaborative environment with excellent benefits and a salary range of $155,000 - $190,000.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical development.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading process characterization, validation, and PPQ activities.
• Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing and CDMO operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management of the process characterization and PPQ workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed workstream timelines and resource planning.
• Proactively identify risks within the workstreams and develop mitigation options.
