Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Associate Attorney to join a premier AmLaw 50 firm in its Global Finance group. The role focuses on CMBS transactions, CRE CLOs, and related securitization work for issuers, underwriters, and investors.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3–6 years of CMBS experience, with strong drafting and deal leadership abilities. Large firm background preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of CMBS securitization experience.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting and negotiating securitization documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on CMBS transactions and CRE CLOs for issuers, underwriters and investors.
• Lead the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents such as bid letters and securitization disclosures.
• Assist with deal structuring, due diligence, execution and post-closing matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
