Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Warner Robins, GA, is seeking a Medical Assistant to support physicians and nurses in delivering patient care.

Under supervision, you will perform a variety of patient care activities and perform front and back office tasks as assigned. Requirements include a GED, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program, CMA-AAMA certification, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• GED or higher required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Nursing Assistant program required.
• In lieu of formal education, two (2) years of medical assistant or related clinical experience required.
• 1 year of experience in a medical office setting with completion of a Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant program required.
• In lieu of degree/certification from a Medical/Nursing Assistant program, two (2) years of medical assistant or related clinical experience required.

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required and
