Job summary

ShiftKey enables independent Certified Medication Aides to bid on per diem CMA shifts posted by a vast network of healthcare facilities. You choose the facilities, the days you want to work, and the rate you want, with the option for daily pay or weekly direct deposit.

Role involves dispensing medications, recording administrations in MAR, monitoring for interactions or adverse reactions, and assisting with resident care as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Missouri CMA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Dispense oral and topical medications to residents per physician's order.
• Record medications given and dosages in MAR chart.
• Observe residents for symptoms or adverse drug reactions related to medications.
• Assist with resident care as needed.
