Job summary

Azria Health Longview in Iowa is seeking a PRN CMA to join our caring team. The successful candidate will provide direct resident care, follow individualized treatment plans, and participate in assessments and restorative nursing as needed.

Must hold a current Iowa CNA certificate and CMA credential, have strong communication, be self-motivated, and show initiative. Casual position with flexible shifts and a team-focused atmosphere dedicated to quality care and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current certification in the state of Iowa.
• CNA/CMA credentials required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care according to the individualized resident treatment plan.
• Participate in resident care assessments and restorative nursing programs.
• Maintain current certification by attending and participating in training and educational classes.
• Deliver the highest quality of care possible to each resident, serving with kindness and compassion.

• Applicant required to have Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license as well.
