Job summary

Springbrook is seeking a Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) to join our team in a care-focused environment. Under a licensed nurse's direction, you will administer medications, assist with med routines, and ensure safe, accurate care for rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and steady workflow, with base pay ranging from $23.50 to $27.00 per hour plus shift differential up to $4.50 per hour, depending on shift.

Qualifications

• State-approved CMA training required.
• CNA training program completed with at least 1 year of experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English for safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer routine and PRN medications as prescribed; document administration.
• Maintain medication supply and restock carts/med room.
• Notify pharmacy of new medication orders and refills.
• Perform vital sign monitoring when indicated by drug therapy.
