Job summary
LanceSoft is seeking Medical Assistants (CMA) and LPNs for permanent positions in Minnetonka, MN. Two full-time openings with day shifts, including responsibilities across patient care, immunizations, phlebotomy, labs, and front desk support.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) or RMA certification.
- Active Minnesota LPN License for LPN path.
- Previous clinical experience.
- Current BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinic customer/patient flow.
- Assist providers with patient care and treatments.
- Perform rooming, immunizations, injections, and medication administration.
- Collect laboratory specimens.
- Support front desk/check-in duties.
- Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
- Perform phlebotomy and clinic lab testing.
- Support supply ordering and stocking.
- Provide telephone and patient communication support.
- Perform x-ray duties if certified.
