Axia Women’s Health in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a full-time Certified Medical Assistant for the OGI South location. This role supports physicians and nurses, collects vitals, assists with exams, and helps coordinate patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current national CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA certification is required.
• CPR certification required if performing office-based surgeries.
• OB/GYN or Women’s Health experience preferred.
• eClinicalWorks EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional manner.
• Prepare patients for examinations and record vital signs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with procedures.
• Administer medications and injections as ordered by providers.
• Assist with office-based procedures and coordinate care.
• Support scheduling and follow-up visits and ensure patient safety.
