Job summary

One Senior Care is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for the PACE Clinic. You will provide direct care, support providers, and help the clinic run smoothly in a fast-paced, participant-centered environment.

Starting hourly wage is $20.00 with $21.00 after 90 days. This full-time, first-shift role includes holidays, PTO, benefits, and retirement match. Training and career development are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
• Current CMA or RMA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and prepare them for visits by taking vital signs and recording histories.
• Assist providers during exams and procedures; administer medications as directed.
• Perform lab tests and prepare specimens; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate participant flow and accurate EHR documentation.
• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Support communication among participants, providers, and care team.
