Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration, as directed by the licensed nursing staff.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs.
• Provide resident care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
