VetJobs is seeking a Configuration Management Engineer - Level 2 for the Advanced Development Programs ISR/UAS team in Marietta, GA. This on-site role focuses on disciplined configuration management across hardware, software and documentation to ensure lifecycle integrity.

You will develop, implement and maintain CM processes, conduct audits, identify risks, and drive corrective actions while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related discipline with 2 years of professional experience; or 1 year with related Master’s degree.
• Thorough CM principles, practices, and industry standards to ensure configuration accuracy and consistency.
• Knowledge of DoD contracts and lifecycle processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain configuration management processes and procedures.
• Manage and control product configurations (hardware, software, documentation).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed CM into program decisions.
• Conduct configuration audits and drive corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on engineering change proposals and data management.
• Participate in design, test, and readiness reviews to address CM considerations.
