SemiAnalysis is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our team working on ClusterMAX, the industry standard GPU Cloud rating system. We are hiring at all experience levels with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include leading ClusterMAX consulting engagements, translating benchmarking insights into actionable recommendations, and developing next‑gen benchmarking methodologies. You will collaborate with executives and engineers across neocloud providers and AI labs worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PyTorch and JAX.
• Experience with GPU/TPU clusters and orchestration platforms.
• Understanding of distributed storage technologies (S3, Lustre, Weka, VAST).
• Knowledge of high‑performance networking (InfiniBand, RoCEv2).
• Experience with ML benchmarking tools and AI infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead ClusterMAX consulting engagements, including technical due diligence for neoclouds, AI accelerators and AI infrastructure.
• Translate benchmarking insights into actionable recommendations and investment decisions for clients.
• Contribute to the development of benchmarking methodologies and TCO analysis frameworks for ClusterMAX research.
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, and technical teams across major neocloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CoreWeave, and others.
• Build and maintain relationships with AI labs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to understand industry requirements.
• Author detailed technical research reports evaluating architecture design, benchmark performance, reliability, and scalability.
