Cal Poly Maritime Academy’s Solano Campus seeks a part-time Clubs & Organizations Student Assistant to support over 500 recognized student clubs. The front-facing role requires strong communication, service mindset, and attention to detail to handle diverse admin tasks in a busy campus office.

Open to current Cal Poly Maritime Academy–Solano Campus students, the position offers up to 20 hours/week, an hourly rate of $17.00, and a collaborative team environment in Vallejo.

• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be a currently enrolled Cal Poly student in good academic standing.

Job Summary

The Student Assistant for Clubs & Organizations plays a key role in supporting the operations and services provided to over 500 Recognized Student Organizations at Cal Poly. This is a front-facing, service-oriented position that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.

Eligibility to Work:
