Community Services Group's Clubhouse Rehabilitation Associate works closely with clubhouse members and staff to support daily operations in line with Clubhouse International standards.

The role emphasizes helping members pursue independence in living, employment, education and wellness, with tasks including rehabilitation planning, progress notes, job development, and on-site coaching to assist members in achieving their goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Associate’s degree with 1 year mental health direct service experience
• CPS certification with one additional year of mental health direct service work
• High school diploma/equivalency with 2 years in human services including 1 year mental illness direct care

Responsabilités

• Participates with clubhouse members in assigned work unit
• Completes intake and orientation paperwork for new members
• Develops rehabilitation plans and progress notes
• Participates in job development and community employment activities
• Represents the clubhouse to partners and funding sources
• Learns and models trauma-informed care principles
• Supports diversity, equity, and inclusion in all activities
• Assists with job search and on-site job coaching as needed
• Engages in clubhouse marketing, public relations, and advocacy
