Job summary

Equinox is seeking energetic Housekeeping Associates to join our growing team. This role focuses on keeping the club clean, organized, and welcoming for members and guests, while maintaining equipment and facilities to the highest standards.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional member experiences, support special events, and uphold our commitment to high performance living across all Equinox locations. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
• Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred.
• Ability to service athletic equipment along with cleaning products and hand tools.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club and equipment cleanliness while delivering excellent customer service.
• Keep sidewalk entrance and lobby presentable.
• Clean locker rooms and stock supplies.
• Organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
• Maintain towels on the exercise floor and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Receive deliveries and assist with events as needed.
• Notify Housekeeping Manager if rooms or equipment require attention.
