Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all surfaces in locker rooms, restrooms, pool areas, dining areas and member-facing spaces.
• Stock towels, toiletries and amenities; ensure receptacles are clean and trash is removed.
• Address maintenance issues or member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors and dust surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
• Keep restrooms clean, stocked and odor-free; water and ice machines stocked with cups, lids and straws.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and monitor area for safety hazards.
• Polish furniture, clean air vents and perform spot cleaning as required.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and adhere to safety protocols with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
