• The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background, education and DMV check satisfactory to Bellarmine University prior to commencing employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Maroon Team: preparation of training/practice strategies, pre-game organization, game strategy, mentoring of team, recruiting, and professional communication regarding team matters/individual players.
• Support the club as student-led, with officers handling club administration, budgeting, travel coordination, scheduling, and organizational decision-making.
• Adhere to all University, Campus Recreation and Wellness, Club Sports, facility, and risk management policies and model compliance for club members.
• The Women's Club Volleyball currently practices on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 8:00 - 10:00 PM in the SuRF Center; travel to weekend tournaments is expected.
