The Club Tutor Teacher is responsible for offering personalized support to help students grasp new concepts and finish their assignments. The aim is to assist students in achieving their academic goals by working with them and helping them improve their performance. Club Tutor Teacher is responsible for creating lesson plans, designing supplementary projects, and addressing students’ questions on a specific topic. The Club Tutor Teacher is also responsible for supervising the program areas, youth, and employees assigned to their site. All Boys & Girls Club employees are to uphold the Club's Mission.
