University of Michigan on Flint Campus is seeking a Club Sports Event Supervisor (STUDENT/WORK STUDY) to oversee home games and events on campus. You will be onsite, supporting spectators and participants, and handling emergency responses with provided training.
Shifts occur in the evenings and weekends during fall and winter semesters. No prior experience is required; First Aid/CPR/AED training will be provided.
We are performing updates and maintenance to improve the applicant experience. As a result, the site will be unavailable from Saturday, August 29, at 9:00 p.m. ET through Sunday, August 30, at 8:00 a.m. ET. During this outage period, applications for job postings cannot be submitted.
The Department of Recreational Services is seeking students for Club Sports Event Supervisor positions. Event supervisors provide on site supervision and support for home games and other special events (on or near campus), such as orientation tabling and hockey ticket sales. Event supervisors also serve as a first responder in the case of an emergency. No prior experience is required, as all the necessary training and certifications will be provided (Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED). Shifts will take place on evenings and weekends during the fall and winter semesters.
Onsite
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan.
