Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Club & Spa Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for the Club, Spa, Fitness and Membership Program at The Flamingo Resort & Spa. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences while maximizing efficiency and revenue across multiple wellness domains.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in spa or luxury resort operations, strong financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in spa, fitness club, hospitality, wellness, or luxury resort operations.
• Experience with membership management systems and spa scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Club & Spa including fitness center, pool, spa treatment areas, retail and guest services.
• Develop and manage spa programs, wellness initiatives, promotions, events and retail strategies.
• Lead daily operations with Spa Supervisor and staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing, facility usage, appointment availability, and guest flow to maximize efficiency.
• Build relationships with members and guests, delivering exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
• Drive revenue through memberships, spa bookings, retail, fitness programming and promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Hotel Operations to promote offerings.
• Analyze monthly financial performance and control costs to improve profitability.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and maintained to high standards.
