Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking an Operations Manager in Brownsville to oversee daily club operations, scheduling, and front desk staffing. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and facility presentation standards, while leading a team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role offers full-time opportunities at two Brownsville locations, with benefits including health coverage, EAP, 401k, and a complimentary TruFit membership. CPR certification is required.
