You will supervise staffing, sales, and service quality while maintaining compliance and safety standards. This salaried role requires strong leadership and a passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Experience in management preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and maintain staffing levels.
• Meet monthly goals and KPI targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming environments.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and timecard accuracy.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety and pass monthly BER inspections.
• Coach staff and enforce policies and procedures.
• Drive membership sales and community outreach.
• Develop staff through training and performance plans.
