Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Denham Springs, LA is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations, ensure a safe, welcoming environment and drive member satisfaction.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage front desk duties, coordinate schedules, enforce company policies, and support marketing promotions. This full-time supervisory role offers advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.

• Coaching and counseling performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure prompt opening/closing of the gym.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.

Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight making sure all team members are providing a great customer service experience at all times.
• High involvement in all front desk related tasks: greeting and welcoming members, gym tours, member service issues/questions, etc.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coaching and counseling performance to help achieve company standards.

• Finish manager portion of onboarding, in Paycom, for all new hires.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
