Job summary

Quailridgecc Inc. is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across Quail Ridge properties.

The role includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance installations to support the member experience. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of maintenance experience, can operate motorized equipment, and is a team player with strong time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in general maintenance functions.
• Motorized equipment experience required.
• Must be able to operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general maintenance and plumbing tasks throughout Quail Ridge properties.
• Repairs and maintains physical structures of POA and residents using hand-tools and power tools.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, electrical issues and related systems.
• Installs appliances and fixtures; replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures.
• Perform pressure washing/cleaning and painting duties as needed.
• Move furniture and hanging tasks; repair window and door mechanisms.
• Perform other duties as directed by Management.
