Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Club Attendant to uphold a healthy, clean facility and drive member satisfaction through exceptional customer service. You will perform maintenance, cleaning, restocking, and basic repairs across locker rooms, weight area, cardio zones, and common spaces.

Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment, reporting issues, and assisting with occasional painting or minor repairs under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of janitorial experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean walls, mirrors, countertops, glass and windows.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors across all club areas.
• Clean and maintain weights and cardio equipment; restock supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and calls via Service Channel.
• Assist with minor repairs and painting under supervision.
