Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts’ Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee seeks a part-time, hourly Club Lounge Associate to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with concierge-style offerings, and maintain lounge presentation. Qualifications

• Outstanding guest service skills with ability to create personalized experiences and maintain a polished presence.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with guests, leadership, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming Club Lounge guests and responding to requests.
• Prepare, replenish, and maintain food and beverage offerings; ensure quality presentation and safety.
• Monitor lounge cleanliness and organization across dining, buffet, and seating areas.
• Assist guests with hotel information and concierge-style services while resolving concerns promptly.
