Gold's Gym PNW is seeking a Club Keeper in Camas, WA to maintain a clean, welcoming workout space. You will sanitize equipment, keep floors and locker rooms pristine, and follow a routine that keeps the club running smoothly from open to close.

This part-time, hourly role offers flexible shifts, paid sick leave, and a path to front desk or management within a motivating team. Training is provided to the right person.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize cardio and strength equipment, benches, mats, and high-touch surfaces on a regular rotation
• Re-rack weights and return dumbbells, plates, and accessories to their proper spots
• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub, and vacuum the gym floor, hallways, stairs, studios, and offices
• Clean, scrub, polish, and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors
• Keep towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies fully stocked
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the club and replace liners
• Greet members with a friendly attitude and point them to the front desk when they need help

Key Responsibilities

Equipment and Gym Floor

• Clean and sanitize cardio and strength equipment, benches, mats, and high-touch surfaces on a regular rotation
• Re-rack weights and return dumbbells, plates, and accessories to their proper spots
• Sweep, dust, mop, scrub, and vacuum the gym floor, hallways, stairs, studios, and offices

Locker Rooms and Restrooms

• Clean, scrub, polish, and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors
• Keep towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other supplies fully stocked
• Empty trash and recycling throughout the club and replace liners

Safety and Communication

• Watch for damaged equipment, spills, and other hazards, and fix or report them right away
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as directed
• Complete assigned cleaning checklists and flag supply needs or maintenance issues to the manager on duty
• Greet members with a friendly attitude and point them to the front desk when they need help

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus, but we will train the right person
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and manage your time
• Friendly and respectful with members and teammates

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for most of the shift
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs (trash bags, supply boxes, weight plates)
• Work safely around cleaning products and gym equipment

Availability

• Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club needs

Compensation and Benefits

• $17.13 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience
