The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a welcoming member experience.

You will partner with club leadership to identify maintenance needs, follow cleaning protocols, assist members and staff, and maintain supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all interior areas (fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, common areas).
• Ensure exterior areas (entrances, walkways, grounds) are clean and presentable.
• Complete cleaning tasks per daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate concerns as needed.
• Monitor safety hazards and report maintenance issues to leadership.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and storage areas in a safe, organized manner.
• Support club operations and special projects as assigned.
