Job summary

Pickleball Kingdom is seeking a Dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and growth of the club. The role requires strong leadership across operations, team development, sales, marketing, customer service, and financial management.

The General Manager will own club performance, drive membership growth, manage staff, programming, and events, and build relationships with members and the community to improve overall club performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, team development, sales, marketing, customer service, and financial management.
• Knowledge of pickleball and local marketing, community engagement, or membership-based businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day club operations and ensure efficient, professional operation.
• Lead the management team and ensure department goals are met.
• Take ownership of financial performance and revenue growth.
• Lead local sales and marketing initiatives to increase memberships and revenue.
• Develop member engagement and retention strategies.
• Plan and execute tournaments, events, and programming.
• Maintain facility standards, safety, and cleanliness.
