Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to maintain the cleanliness of our Gilbert club while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires keeping the facility stocked and presented to Life Time standards for all members and guests.

You will support daily maintenance tasks, assist with towels and locker room upkeep, and respond to member inquiries about Life Time products and policies in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand or move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures locker room consumables and cleaning products are used per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
