Job summary

Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach & Golf Resort in Puerto Rico seeks a Common Areas Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of indoor and outdoor spaces. You will ensure all shared areas remain clean, safe, and guest-ready by removing debris and performing routine cleaning.

Additionally, you will assist with minor repairs, small painting projects, furniture setup, and other operational tasks to enhance the member and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in custodial, groundskeeping, or light maintenance preferred (not required).
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and simple repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, orderly spaces.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
