Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Club Service Attendant for our Savannah facility to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness. You will perform inspections, oversee preventive maintenance, and support club leadership.

You will lead janitorial training, coordinate vendor services, and manage work orders using CMMS Open Wrench and GO CANVAS. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct club inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance compliance.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and follow operational protocols.
• Identify facility deficiencies and communicate findings to General Managers.
• Coordinate service schedules with club leadership and AMTs.
• Participate in new club walkthroughs to ensure facility readiness.
• Review inspection results to identify trends and improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to club staff on maintenance standards.
• Train Club Managers and staff on facility procedures and responsibilities.
• Deliver hands-on training for janitorial staff on cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and support vendor-led training initiatives and ensure certification compliance.
• Conduct regular meetings and training with facilities leadership.
• Participate in weekly alignment calls with corporate facilities leadership and AMT teams.
• Schedule weekly CSA activities within approved time allocations.
• Support planning and execution of maintenance projects and vendor services.
• Coordinate vendor services and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Execute in-house maintenance projects when appropriate.
• Communicate with General Managers and AMTs to align priorities and scheduling.
• Manage facility work orders using the CMMS Open Wrench system.
• Load, track, update, and close maintenance requests.
• Utilize GO CANVAS for monthly facility audits.
