Job summary

The Spokane Club in Spokane, WA is seeking full-time or part-time janitorial staff to perform cleaning and maintenance across hotel, restaurant, and athletic facilities. Interaction with club members is common and encouraged.

Responsibilities include maintaining locker room cleanliness, inventory management, linen handling, trash removal, and assisting with events. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, vacation time, holidays, meals, and parking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Ability to work under little to no supervision.
• Ability to organize daily workflow.
• Manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment usage.
• Must be on feet for most of shift.
• Able to pass criminal background check.
• Experience in janitorial, maintenance or housekeeping roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in locker rooms at all times.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and locker room amenities.
• Gather soiled linens and stock clean linens.
• Empty trash and keep areas tidy.
• Keep equipment, closets and dispensaries clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional service with a customer-centric approach.
• Assist with cleaning of common areas such as hotel/banquet rooms.
• Assist with special events and projects as needed.
• Ensure locker room equipment functions properly.
• Resolve member issues using strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
