Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a maintenance/janitorial team member to uphold high safety and sanitation standards across club facilities. You will move carts, clean various areas, and support daily club operations to ensure a welcoming environment for members.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to GOLD club standards, with opportunities for growth within a vibrant, member-focused warehouse club.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Prior retail/wholesale experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous service to members and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of all club areas including sales floor, offices, restrooms and outdoor grounds.
• Move carts/flatbeds from parking lot to club entrance to ensure ready access for members.
• Restock maintenance/cleaning supplies and keep supply areas organized.
• Operate floor scrubber, trash compactor and cardboard baler safely and efficiently.
• Perform minor repairs and notify management for major issues.
